Two layers, one integration

Reliability first. Guaranteed offline acceptanceon top.

Reliability layer

Keeps every transaction safe through connectivity loss, whatever the payment method underneath.

  • Durable local queue on the device
  • Idempotent signed transaction envelopes
  • Automatic retry with back-off

How it works

One payment, two scans, no network

The merchant and the payer never need a connection to each other or to a server.

Merchant

Show the request

The merchant device shows a QR with the amount, currency and a one-time request number.

Payer

Scan and confirm

The payer scans, sees the amount, and confirms with their PIN.

Payer

Sign and show

The phone signs the payment with its hardware-backed key and shows a payment QR.

Merchant

Verify in under a second

The merchant scans and checks everything offline: issuer signature, payer signature, limits, replay and chain.

Either device

Sync when there is signal

The first device to get a connection uploads. Settlement follows to the partner ledger.

Offline overdraft

Pay later, even withno signal.

  • Funded value is spent first, then the overdraft.
  • After sync, the overdraft becomes a short-term loan with a fee and a due date, for example 14 days.
  • It is repaid automatically from incoming funds.
  • The limit depends on the customer's KYC tier and repayment history.

  • Pupils in uniform working at their desks in a classroom

    Schools and field-agent networks

School fees, cash collection and disbursement in low-connectivity areas.

Honest by design

Offline double-spend is bounded, detectedand recovered.

Bounded

Limits, caps and expiry mean the most anyone can double-spend is their own allowance.

Detected

A double-spend breaks the hash chain. At reconciliation it shows as a cryptographic fork, with both signed payments as proof.

Recovered

The key is revoked, the merchant is still paid from a risk pool, and the loss is recovered from the KYC'd holder.
